What exactly am I buying?
Metered bandwidth on a residential proxy network, sold in gigabytes. You receive a host, port and credentials, and are billed only for the data you transfer. No subscription, no monthly minimum.
How quickly do I get access?
Immediately. Once Stripe confirms payment your balance is credited automatically, usually within a few seconds, and you can generate proxies straight away.
How do I connect?
Standard HTTP proxy with username and password authentication, in the usual host:port:username:password format. It works with any tool, library or browser that supports proxies.
Does my data expire?
No. Your balance carries forward indefinitely until you use it.
Can I get a refund?
Unused bandwidth can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Bandwidth already consumed cannot be refunded. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What am I not allowed to do?
Anything unlawful — including unauthorised access, credential stuffing, fraud, spam and malware distribution. See our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations end the account without refund.

Terms of Service
By purchasing or using Clover Proxies you agree to these terms.
Service
Clover Proxies provides metered access to a residential proxy network. Bandwidth is sold in gigabytes at the rate shown above. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific success rate against any third-party site, or the availability of any individual IP address.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all traffic generated through them. Credentials may not be resold, shared or sublicensed without written permission. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we neither receive nor store your card details. Bandwidth is credited on successful payment.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, is the subject of a chargeback, or threatens the stability of the network. Termination for breach forfeits any remaining balance.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy
Unused bandwidth
You may request a refund of unused bandwidth within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Consumed bandwidth
Bandwidth already used cannot be refunded, as the underlying network cost has been incurred on your behalf.
Service faults
If the service is materially unavailable and we cannot resolve it, we refund the affected bandwidth in full regardless of the 7-day window.
Policy breaches
Accounts terminated for breaching the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.

Email admin@cloverproxies.com from the address associated with your purchase, including your order reference. We respond within 2 business days.

Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account identifiers — the Discord account used to purchase, and the proxy username issued to you.
- Billing records — order reference, amount and payment status from Stripe. We never receive your full card number.
- Service metrics — bandwidth consumed, request counts and timestamps, used for billing and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, build advertising profiles, or share your information with third parties except the processors below or where required by law.
Processors
Stripe for payment processing, and an upstream network provider to deliver proxy traffic. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Retention
Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Service metrics are kept for up to 12 months for abuse prevention and dispute resolution.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@cloverproxies.com. We respond within 30 days. Deletion cannot remove records we are legally required to keep.

Acceptable Use Policy
Clover Proxies is sold strictly for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited without exception:
- Unauthorised access to any system, account or network.
- Credential stuffing, brute forcing, or defeating authentication.
- Fraud, carding, or obtaining goods or services deceptively.
- Denial-of-service attacks, or traffic intended to degrade third-party infrastructure.
- Distributing malware or phishing content.
- Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging.
- Collecting personal data in breach of applicable privacy law.
- Any content illegal in the jurisdictions involved, including child sexual abuse material.
- Infringing intellectual property rights.
Enforcement
We investigate every abuse report. Accounts found in breach are terminated immediately without refund, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required. Report abuse to admin@cloverproxies.com.
